Didn't Jackson have a twitter page or a web site that updated their scores in progress last season?
If so, could someone please post the link?
Thanks

Peake over Fairland 4-3.
Great pitching effort by both Henson for Peake and Damron for Fairland. Clutch 2 out hits by Lester and Hutchison were the difference.
A lot of these boys play together in the summer and fall, so this game is pretty tough emotionally. But this was a big hurdle to get over by the Panthers. They've lost some tough ones over the past couple of years to the Dragons. Not gonna lie. This one was sweet.
Go Peake!!

Why would two teams only play five innings for each game on a 75 degree day?

I was wondering the same thing about the 2 5 inning games... I would play 1 nine inning game at the high School level before playing 2 5's which is what biddy league double headers usually are...

I have no clue I agree I would have never done 2 like that either. it was suppose to be ironton, green, Portsmouth and I am assuming those would have been 7 innings. the rumor was green didn't want to come back to Portsmouth cause of a earlier incident in season with 1 of the Portsmouth coaches

Trimble wins the white oak woodbat classic.
They defeated new Boston and Ironton st joes.....behind some big time pitching of Lunsford and Brammer.....plus kish dominate in relief.
Cats now 4-1 on the season.
