Scrimmages mean little as far as wins/loses are concerned....Teams usually use 4 or 5 pitchers, run bases differently to see what they have...Batting orders usually not set exactly like they will be, and not all players there.....South Point used 5 pitchers, had couple starters not there....Same with Notre Dame ....think they used 4 pitchers and probably not set as well.....Scrimmages get the kinks out and for coaches to put the pieces together.....

If I offended anyone I apologize, Wasn't my intent. I just know some people will ask how teams do in scrimmages. Maybe to get at least some idea as to where the team stands. If ND had lost 40-0, I would have posted that as well. I know in the West scrimmage, they played 4 innings and after that both teams placed kids on bases and ran situational stuff. And yes, they are working things out. ND has had 2 scrimmages and two almost completely different batting orders. Also believe that they don't mean anything. Like you said, SP used 5 and ND 4 pitchers, not gonna see that typically in a regular game.

I wasn't offended at all...Notre Dame has a fine team...I thought the teams were pretty even maybe even give ND an edge......I think it will come down to ND and Green in your league....Good luck in your season...I'm just happy that SP actually has a good head Coach now......They've had good assistant Coaches.....

Lost 12-2 in 6 innings at Ironton Wood Bat. Had a terrible 4th inning with multiple errors and mental mistakes, gave up 8 runs. Now they know the areas they need to improve upon, work on them and get better.

Lost 2-0 to Piketon. Gave up 2 unearned runs in bottom of first and outhit Piketon 5-2. Had runners in scoring position in the 3,4,5 and 6 and couldn't plate any of them. Tough loss

Lost 16-6 to Minford. Played horribly but game was 9-6 going into 6th inning. Ran out of pitching because of pitch count and two more league games this week. Gave up 7 in the bottom of 6th to get run ruled.

Beat Clay 6-1. CJ Corns pitched a great game striking out 12. Hit the ball better and made most of the routine plays.
