Corbin Alkire: 6'3" , 210 pound lefty from Marietta will be making some serious noise on the mound and at the plate for the Tigers the next 3 seasons. He can bring it, and he is coached and conditioned very well. Certainly look for him to anchor the staff and take the Tigers to many victories.

Most OVC teams are filled with experience this year. No young talent I know of that will make an immediate impact

With Blevins gone, Garrison could get quite a bit of mound time.

Corbin Alkire and Justin Thompson are 2 great Sophomores at Marietta. With the right work ethic and attitude they could both be something special for College Coaches to keep an eye on.

Those were some of the best players in SVYL, but I haven't seen them in a couple years. Nate Throckmorton was pretty good too. Is he still at Adena?

Not sure that Throckmorton is, haven't heard anything about him. Baseball is the best sport for the 4 guys I mentioned, they've continued to win through the Jr. High seasons. It'll be interesting to see what they are able to contribute.

Hurtt does track. Sykes didn't go out. Throckmorton might start. Garrison will probably pitch some. Bennett may sub in. Just what I'm hearing from the village .

Garrison was very good in basketball this year.

Throckmorton, Garrison and Bennett are very good Freshmen at Adena...Sean Wheeler is extremely underrated from that class. Sykes isn’t playing and Eric Hurtt will be a stud in track

RH had a decent Jr.high team last year. Should get help from the fresh.if they turn out?
