That is still a really young team, but considered veterans & experienced after last years league title & run to the district championship.

4. Vinton county - really came on strong last year with some transfers and getting healthy

6. Nelsonvillle York - football school with tons of track athletes.
7 .River valley - just have not had a ton of depth, but have shown some nice players in the past.

RV is sort of a mess. They have a left-handed kid at short. Good player but making a routine play to first or turning double plays is going to be very, very difficult for them. Good young pitching, but no idea on approach. They have a few kids who can hit, but not enough to string together a ton of offense, which they will need because I think they will give up a lot of runs.

I agree with your list. Although Meigs does have a new coach. I know very little about him, if he has the coaching of Bissell, I could see them falling anywhere from 2-4, if coaching isn't there, then I could see them in the basement, falling to the 6 or 7 spot.

Alexander is really struggling. Missing some leadership. Hitting and pitching depth are not good either. Hope we can turn this thing around.

Instead of picking up some OCC schools maybe just play Minford in the second game of a scheduled DH...just a thought.
