Are these division assignments official/confirmed? Some surprises here.

These are taken from the OHSAA posting Division assignments for 2025 for baseball.

Looks like they are going to co-mingle the 9 teams in SE and the 5 in the East into two district tourneys, SE1 and SE2. I wonder what the chances are that the 4 DSF, 2 DF, and then the one RSF between the two winners district winners from the SE will be played at OU? Maybe pretty good unless both of the district winners are from the East district?

Decent chance RSF will be played at the VA, since they have new turf.

The VA will have 2 regional finals. Not sure what all they’ll have before that, but I do know of those.

Look up the East District brackets on their website and they show 1 East District will advance to District Finals- so the 9 schools in Southeast District will via for the other 3 District Final teams. Do not know if the East District will play in the Southeast 1 District or Southeast 2 District- guess it will not matter cause in the Regional Semi's the Southeast 1 winner will play the Southeast 2 winner.

will depend on matchups- VA could host D3, D4, D5, D6 or D7 but just depends on matchups cause the OHSAA has gone to sites to be determined rather than designate sites. OHSAA has talked to locations about hosting but has not been released to public. So if the VA know will host 2 regional finals it will just depend on matchups.
