Ohio State LL Girls Softball Tourney at Ironton

The State tourney begins in Ironton on Saturday. 5 of 6 teams have qualified with the final team set to qualify today or possibly tomorrow.

Those in so far are Ashtabula, Poland, East Hamilton, Bucyrus, Wheelersburg.

Avon and Talmadge are playing for the final spot.

Wheelersburg won both their games. I"m a little disappointed with the level of competition from some of the teams who have made it to state tournament.

What is amazing is that the Burg girls didn't give up a single run in the tourney.
