Re: Warren Warriors 2010
Warren played very uninspired ball for the second night in a row and lost to Marietta in a game that could have clinched the SEOAL North. The Tigers were by far the better team tonight. Final was 7-2. Warren now stands at 9-5 (6-1).

The Lady Warriors stepped up their game today with 10-0 and 7-1 wins over rival Belpre. Warren is now 11-5 on the season. They are playing without 2 of their top players right now, one illness and one broken hand. Next up is Chilli with a chance to Win the SEOAL North.

Warren played 2 good games today. Played very good defense, and had several good hits.
Good luck the rest of the season!

Re: Warren Warriors 2010
Warren picked up a 10-2 win over a very improved Federal Hocking team tonight. Big "seedings" game with Athens Friday night. The scedule has been very light the past 2 weeks...not sure that's good going into tourney.

Re: Warren Warriors 2010
Thanks for noticing the improvement cap'n'scoop. The lancers are very young, and have shown a great deal of improvement over the last two weeks, despite the situation with the ump in Belpre.
One bad inning tonight, otherwise, this was a close ballgame. Just hoping that our girls can put it together and get a decent run in the tourney.
And hats off to the folks at Warren tonight. You put on a good show, and it was good talking with some of you. Your teams played well on both diamonds (which btw, is a treat, as you can watch both games with just a short walk).
Good luck to your boys and girls the rest of the way and in the tournament.

Re: Warren Warriors 2010
Lady Warriors went down 3-1 to Gallia tonight in an extra inning.
Want to congratulate the Blue Angels on their SEOAL title.
Warren: you've worked hard all season, and there is still more left to achieve! What a valiant effort tonight, almost seven scoreless innings.
Warren crowd: WOW!
Let's get everybody back on Wednesday night and take down Jackson for a sectional title! Go Blue!
