Put it in the books, Chillicothe with their first tournament win of any kind since 2004. Freshman Rylee Bouillion threw a 2 hit complete-game shutout. Great defense and timely hitting (in a wind-storm of epic proportions) led the way. Congrats girls and Coach Phillips. Next is Wed. evening at Athens. CHS has now won 8 games this year after 0-26 last year.
