thanks pine Rider , only 4 freshman statewide made the team in all divisions.

A very deserving honor as well. I could tell by watching her bat that first game against Clay that she was a very gifted ball player. Just keep enjoying the sport. I have a daughter almost 30 and she still loves to play. Just played a co-ed tourney a couple of weeks ago. I remember pitching to her when she was 3 yrs. old like it was yesterday

I take it from reading between the lines in this and a few other posts that this freshman is related to Manitou Dan ? It is quite an honor to pick up first team all-state in any sport, any division as a 9th grader.
