Ironton got jobbed. How are they a 5 seed with an away game after they throttled Rock Hill, and are 10-2 in the conference? Coal Grove should be the 5 and Ironton the 3.

From my understanding. Records had to be submitted to the state at a certain date. And ironton still had several make up games due to rain. So that's how they ended up with the #5 seed.
