New Field at PHS ?

drove by the newly cleared off area expecting to see plans or room for a field but it appears the entire 2 blocks has nothing but a track around it. ? Is there room for a softball field there ? MD

I thought there softball field was suppose to be down for this years season. I guess to the river we will go once again.

no one knows the plan ? is there a plan or are the softball girls getting screwed ?

The girls will be getting a new field but it will not be completed by this season. It is to be located on the lot that contains the Williams Carpet store across from Speas Alignment...but that property is still in court for back taxes...that issue has to be resolved.

Shame they, especially the Seniors, won't have a home field.

Not from down there, but didn't baseball get a new field last year?

football got a outstanding place years ago, tennis was years ago, new baseball , new gyms , new schools, now a new track , but no new softball field. quite frankly that sucks. MD
