So you are "not sure" about Logan but have them above Warren and Jackson?
When was the last time a current SEOAL team finished ahead of Warren and Gallia Academy? Yes, Gallia lost the most....but return an all-state level pitcher and a very very good catcher....and you said they are well-coached. To me that means he's gonna take some girls and teach them to bunt a little, hit some and play sound defense. They have THE program and to me are the team to beat until someone knocks them off.
Warren is overrated? Maybe.....I don't know. But they always seem to have great defense and will return a tremendous catcher and I'm sure some solid pitching. You say Chillicothe has the "best most talented" athletes....but Warren must have some floating around the softball program because their volleyball and girls basketball team both won the SEOAL.
Jackson was 8-4 in the league last year sweeping Chillicothe, Logan, Marietta and Portsmouth. We lost 3 very good players but we return 6 starting players from last year. You said Jackson was well-coached....well then how did you put them last?
I'm sure Portsmouth will be very competitive within the league and I imagine Logan will be improved A's well.
I know Chillicothe lost a very good catcher....was she the only player lost? Chillicothe should have a very good year for sure.
Logan has two seniors out this year--Simons and Figgins.
Four lettermen back
Mostly a jr/Fr team
Graduated six starters
A lot of talent coming up through the program
I sure hope Sharpie's mind is dull, unlike his/her name. I hope Jackson can climb out of the basement like the pre-season ranks of Sharpie. One thing for sure, We will have to climb the ladder "TOGETHER". But maybe its just like preseason, "DOESN'T COUNT" hurray!!! HOPE TO SEE YA AS WE TRY TO GET NEAR THE TOP!!!
The three big ones will be Gallipolis, Jackson, Warren--these three should knock each other off amd the one that can get by Portsmouth should take the league.
