moore is the best I have seen around here. I haven’t seen the young lady from pwest pitch yet but plan to sometime this spring. your right about sw. said it all along don’t pitch to power make the rest of wburgs lineup beat you. they lost 2 of their top 3 bats from last season and that will make a difference. i would even throw in some small ball to get runners across

Fairland nearly pulled of the upset tonight at Ironton. Tigers win 4-3. Gutsy effort by Dragons who led 1-0 in the 6th before Ironton rally

its hard to compete with not much defense to back you up no matter how good pitching is. thought the tigers might been stronger this year

Honestly I was at the game today and I'm pretty sure that Ironton had 0 errors all Burgs runs were earned and I think that Burg had 1 or 2 errors but it was a good game. Burgs lineup is challenging for any pitcher no matter how good they are.

Burg hit her hard today. A lot of gappers. Should have never challenged Eaton in the first. Huge mistake

everyone knows moore has been out and isn’t pitching 100 percent. wburg got the job done. ironton doesnt have much to work with offensively either. I don’t think wburgs win is a surprise to anyone

Tribune mentioned irontons pitchers unusual control issues and that she gave up 5 walks but didn’t mention 3 of those were intentional walks to Eaton

Burg should be better in 2022. may not hit as many HR's but will be much better defensively and will have more pitching depth to give howard some rest during regular season. In my opinion their best team will probably be 2023

I assume there will be some incoming freshmen that will help defensively? I mean, you have put this past seasons teams defense down more than once on here lol.. if there was someone better, they would have been on the field. So must be a pretty good group of freshmen coming in..

Well I have to admit when I’m wrong. I think they actually hit more HR’s this year. D was much better than last couple years and had great pitching depth before an injury.
