I just hope the girls can pick up a few wins this week. They show up for their 45 minute practices, they deserve to be rewarded.

WOW!
So coaching wasn't the issue then, it was that they needed to have really short practices?

I remember a basketball coach that had 30 minute practices. That included the conditioning which consisted of driving around town in the coachs' conversion van. So 45 minutes doesn't really seem that bad compared to that.

Trimble hasn't won many. I know they got mercied by NY twice in a DH. I've heard they are really down this year and have only heard of them winning 1 game so far. Not sure what their overall record is though, 1-something.

I don't really care much about the wins and losses this year because the main thing is they don't have that mean coach they had last year that made those girls work way too hard. There was no reason for that and working them so hard made some of them not want to play. So I don't care if they don't win any as long as they don't get worked so danged hard. Plus they need to save energy for volleyball because that's their main girls sport.

I thought they fired coaches for missing meetings? Guess it depends on who the coach is. :o
