7-8, 9-10--softball leagues in Lawrence County

I was wondering who will be having teams in this league in 2009? Rock HIll should have 2--9-10 teams and one 7-8 yr old team. I was just wondering if there would be enough to have these leagues this year. Last year I thought went fine, but it should be better this year. Hopefully we will learn from our mistakes from last year. Especially, having a meeting for all the teams so that we will be on the same page with the rules. I am still learning, and learned alot from the 9-10 giirls tournament. I do respect Wheelersburg, they do know the rules.
