also fed hock has no coach.

why do they not have coaches for these schools?

I'm not sure about Oak Hill, Minford and Portsmouth, but I do know that Federal Hocking's coach decided to not coach for the 2009 season.

Joe at Portsmouth became AD.........His assistant coach takes over I think...........
