Pretty sure that Alexander scrimmaged last Monday and Tuesday. FH on Monday and Alex came out on top. Tuesday, I believe they were at Trimble and also played Meigs. Not sure of these results. Heard that Trimble is pretty tough this year. Good luck to All TVC teams! FH played Morgan on Tuesday of last week I believe and played better against them then against Alex. That is what scrimmages are for, to get better and to see what you need to work on.

Alexander mercied Vinton County 11-1 (season opener)
Heather McClain went the distance for Alex striking out 8 ... she did allow a run in the 1st, but that could be chalked up to first game jitters I believe.
