I found out. It is at the old Kyger Creek Middle School. You go to the light at Route 7 in Cheshire and take a left go over the railroad tracks and the school will be on your right. It is behind the school. Go early because there is a lot of construction on Route 7 in Gallipolis plus the plant is getting off work at about that time and they stop the traffic for that too!
