The Lady Tigers headed to North West today winning all 3 of the games they played.

Game 1: Ironton 4 - Portsmouth West 2, Collins gets the win

Game 2: Ironton 9 - Notre Dame 3, Summers gets the win.

Game 3: Ironton 1 - Adena 0, Collins gets the win. Game was called in the 7th inning because of rain. The Tigers were up 3-0 but the score went back to the last complete inning making it a 1-0 win.

Not sure of all the stats from the games I was being updated by phone, hopefully someone who was there will post stats.

What happend to the Ironton Chesapeake thread?

gahs4ever you are correct with the Adena team great ball club and ranked 6th or better in the state i think, they have it all pitching and hitting . Lady Tigers held up to the challenge played with lots of determination, Great Job by Both teams and great effort. Good luck to both teams the rest of the way.
