Babe Ruth/ Cal Ripkin

Sciotoville will offer a new league in 2011. Open to all Scioto County Players. Babe Ruth is for ages 13-18, Cal Ripkin is for ages 5-12. Think about it all Scioto County players playing together and then how strong the all-star team would be. No protest like Little League and we won't kick players out if they play ASA. In fact we plan on haveing ASA tournaments in the future. Most games will be played at the fields on St. Rt. 140 and some will be played at Rose Street. Most Games will be played Mon.- Thurs. so you will have time for your tournaments. We will offer games if your child don't play travel ball.

I need to turn in our number of teams soon so just tell me here if your child (children) wants to play. Watch for updates here.

We need to get everything ready. I hope to have it ready to play ball in April. Babe Ruth league will start 13-15 in May and 16-18 can not start untill June 1st (OHSAA rule).
