Does anyone know when softball conditioning is allowed to start and the penalty for starting early?

Well can't you start conditioning anytime as long as there is no instruction before the 1st day of practice ?????

To anyone who believes that the coaches are present but not giving instruction, I'd love to sell you my beach front property!

B. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS — Grades 9-12
1) Coaching and instruction may begin — March 7, 2011.
Note: Pitching and catching candidates may begin throwing with pitching instruction two
weeks prior to this starting date — February 21, 2011.
2) First game — March 28, 2011.
3) Deadline date for OHSAA Tournament — April 25, 2011.
4) Tournament seed/drawing meeting — May 1, 2011, 2:00 p.m.
5) Coaching and Season end — June 11, 2011.
6) Scrimmages or Previews — Maximum of four scrimmages or three scrimmages and one
preview. Any contest played in a non-contiguous state must count as a game.
7) Regular season games permitted — Maximum of 27 on 23 playing dates.
Doubleheaders must be played on nonschool days or days when there is no school the
following day.
8) Rules — National Federation Fast Pitch Softball.
