Rock Hill plays at South Point for a conference make up game from last week

Did Warren-Logan have to get permission from the state to play a doubleheader the night when scool willbe heldon the next day? With all the rain this spring, I agree to get the game in when you can & with gas prices, wow. Was just curious?
