New sherrif in town for Adena Softball?

Post by bulldawg22 »

I hear from credible sources that a familiar face in the svc may be turining in his kelley green for the two shade blue!

Bulldog why must you speak in such riddles.?
The suspense is killing me,
When you speak of the Kelly Green I can only assume you talk of the township.
But who from the township would it be, the sheriff line has thrown me off the trail like a cull three legged blue tick hound in the rain trying to tree a snipe.

Is it Sam Beeler? He has relatives at the Wig-Wam but hey he also has them at the Horse Shoe. Frankfort maybe too Urban to bring him out of retirement.

Bud Lytle? Bud was interested many a moon ago but now he is the head Huntsman, a more settling roll for him then to be an Adena gatherer. However he is a man of the law........

Chad Carrol? A big switch from baseball to softball, it has been done before with success.
I believe he has family likewise in the greater Roxabell Region. But where is the Sheriff connection at?

Please bulldog give us more information!

Before the rumors stir to much, Lytle was just hired for another season at the helm of the Lady Huntsmen! Not my place to solve the riddle, but take this as the 1st clue.

Do we even know if Bulldawg is talking about Huntington for sure? What other schools use Kelly Green? Most assume Huntingtons color is Hunter Green but in fact Kelly Green is the choice of the Townships faithful.

HHSSoftball thanks for setting the story straight on Bud. I didn't think he would even entertain such a thought. Has Huntington signed a baseball coach for this season as well?

Another name to throw in the mix is Ed Wright. But he swapped out his Kelly Green long ago for the mighty Purple and Gold. Ed is a big name in the SVC softball circle and still resides in the Township but I don't think Bulldawg would have him connected to a Kelly Green team.

Who else from Huntington would be on the radar as a prospective Softball coach for Adena?

And while we are on the Huntington topic, will the light pole be fair or foul this season?

Gonna be a great softball season for the SVC

Coach Beeler is to be hired at the Dec. 18 board meeting. The higher ups at Adena have decided to go with a softball man instead of old baseball men (Thomas, Yates , Pinson). Not that any of those three even put in for the job. Should be very interesting on the softball diamond in Frankfort this year. Can Adena compete for a title with new proven and experienced coach? Time will tell!
