Trimble should be in the mix this year. It is rumored that 28 girls are playing this year. Just a few short years ago they were getting 50+ to tryout and had to cut down to a JV and Varsity teams. It is a shame how far they have fallen. They do have enough talent though and should do really well, maybe the favorite to win it this year. Fans don't forget to get your tickets for the auction, donate to the field fund, and support the concession stand at the games. All for a good cause. :12223

Easterns numbers are way down but they should still be the favorite

Yes if Pam is still coaching and hiring the same 2 or 3 umpires for ever home game like she has for the last 20 years they should be the favorites at least when they are at home. Does that one really old guy that use to coach at Eastern still umpire? I always enjoyed the games when he had them down there. He knew all the Eastern players since he had coached most of them. He is a good ole fella, I'll say that much.
