Shawnee St holding Youth and Prospect Camps Sept 26th

Sept 26th Shawnee St Univ. will be holding a Youth Softball camp on Sept 26th . The youth camp for ages 7-11u will be from 2;30pm to 6pm . The fundamentals of base running , throwing , fielding and hitting will be covered . All campers will get a camp tee shirt . Later this week on line registration will be available at the SSU athletics web site . Payment will be by cash or check ( no cards ) at the SSU field on the West Side on the day of the camp . Please arrive 30-45 min prior if you desire to do walk up registration . The cost is $40.00
Following the youth will be a 12-18u Prospects Camp. Good opportunity to meet the SSU staff . Along with the technical side of hitting and fielding a recruiting seminar will be conducted addressing the myths and mistakes high school athletes often make in attempting to play at the next level . Cost is 40.00 and you can register on line later this week.

So 12-18 year old players won't be until after 6pm in the evening?

Better get it off here it's not highschool. Your cluttering up the site, there's way to much highschool talk for this stuff

Camp is ON , rain or shine -- If raining at 2pm will move inside to the SSU gym . Thanks

Every pre registered player has been contacted at the number left when registered to notify of the change of venue .

This is a great way for players to show their skills and potentially get to realize a dream of playing at the next level.
