First round games were played this week with Portsmouth getting a win over West and South Webster getting a win over Western.

Remaining games will be played this weekend at Notre Dame starting Saturday morning. (4/29)
Game 1, 10:00 Wheelersburg (1 seed) vs Portsmouth (8 seed)
Game 2, 12:00 Notre Dame (3 seed) vs Green (6 seed)
Game 3, 2:00 Oakhill (2 seed) vs South Webster (7 seed)
Game 4, 4:00 Minford (4 seed) vs Northwest (5 seed)

* Please note that game 2 and game 4 were originally scheduled for opposite times but due to a scheduling conflict with one of those teams the other 3 teams graciously agreed to swap game times. (thanks coaches !)

Sunday game times:
10:00 = winner of Game 1 vs winner of game 4
12:00 = winner of game 3 vs winner of game 2
Final game 3:00. (or sooner if both teams are ready to play)

If you enjoy watching softball there should be some good matchups and this is an opportunity to see many players that will likely have an impact on our local varsity teams next season.

And while there may not be any popcorn there will be plenty of other food and refreshments at the concession

Northwest will be hosting a championship of champions tournament with the top four teams in each league invited.( Scioto, Pike, Lawrence, Welston, ??? This should be a great competition with the final four from each league. We're looking at a possibility of starting 5/12, 13 and 14th. These team coaches should call coach Keller for more information and entry
