What’s the word on South Range, Jeeps are riding high and look for the Jeeps to represent Southern Ohio with a win to the finals!

Looks like South Range 28-3. Ranked around 18th in state. Jeeps 19-3. Ranked 17th in State. Wheelersburg beat South Range 6-1 in the state last year.

Louisa County ,Virginia beat the Raiders 3-0 back in April, lost to North Ridgeville 14-11 in April, and last lost to Lakeview 11-6 in May but beat them 6-5 the day before. LouisaCounty out of Mineral, Va. was 18-3.

South Webster 3 losses all were from Wheelersburg, 10-0, 14-3, and 13-0 this year.

South Range is 17 miles outside Youngstown , They played Ironton in football a few years back also.

Jaiden White, soph pitcher, for South Webster, look for big things this week and next two years for Jeeps.

For South Range Raiders Keira Brogan soph plays a huge part in the Raiders season, also Anna Aey, soph brings a big bat with her. They lost five starters from last year also. South Range 2 nd appearance in state tournament in 3 years. 4 th consecutive regional appearance. Raiders only has 2 seniors, 4 juniors, and upwards of 6 soph as starters. Gretchen Bartels is a four year starter. Junior Jayli Wilt allowed only one earned run in 19. Innings across 7 appearances

What are the other 2 teams in the State finals for SB

No 6 Oak Harbor 27-2 vs Baltimore Liberty Union 23-6 at 3pm on May 30th. Jeeps follow that game

Oak Harbor entire lineup full good hitters. Mylee Sandwisch bats in 8th spot and in regional finals hit 2 home runs as is 7th hitter Morgan LaLonde has big bat as they beat West jefferson in regional. Liberty Union has won 11 in a row. 1st state appearance since 2011 and second appearance all time in state. Alexis McCory big bat and Suzie Shultz main pitcher and she carries a big bat...It seems Oak Harbor should be favorite but everyone knows that doesnt mean a thing.

Is it possible for the Jeeps High School to have 2 state championships in
12 months 2024 softball 2024-25 boys basketball Div 7. They are in positions for this to happen.

Might want to just start with the SR game and take them one at a time before talking multiple state titles. SW beat Burg, but they will have to play that way (or better) for two more games. If they play like the team that gave up 10+ to Burg, they won’t have a shot.

Baltimore Liberty Union beats Oak Harbor(no 6 ranked) in first Div 3 semi final game. 6-1 Liberty Union

Burg played their worst game of the year at a bad time and they know it . You have to play your very best when u get deep in the tournament they had atleast 10 pop outs against SW but gotta give SW credit for taking advantage of it they played a good game but South Range whom Burg beat they are a very very good team so good luck to webster please represent southern Ohio softball well
