Re: Ironton/Johnstown
Logan will probably get Jackson/Alder on Friday, so Nelsonville might get this one on Saturday.
It's possible that Logan could host both though.

Re: Ironton/Johnstown
Ironton to Logan 84 miles
Johnstown to Logan 72
Ironton to Nelsonville 88 miles
Johnstown to Nelsonville 70
so, just about the same either way. Depends on who's playing at these stadiums on Friday, I guess.

That's more likely, probably.TheToe wrote:More likely Lancaster or Groveport!!!!!!
Re: Ironton/Johnstown
Even though my comment was "tongue-in-cheek", isn't it sad that we fans from Ironton have come to expect such treatment from the OHSAA!tk421 wrote:That's more likely, probably.TheToe wrote:More likely Lancaster or Groveport!!!!!!
Re: Ironton/Johnstown
Lancaster doesn't have FieldTurf, so I doubt it.
Does Groveport have a rug now? It didn't in the past.

It is possible that the Jackson/Alder game will be at Hamilton twp.ironman02 wrote:Logan will probably get Jackson/Alder on Friday, so Nelsonville might get this one on Saturday.

Ironton/Johnstown will likely be there as well.
Re: Ironton/Johnstown
Logan's AD was told that they would get the Jackson/Alder game, but obviously the OHSAA could change that up.
I guess we'll see tomorrow for sure.

Re: Ironton/Johnstown
Im not sure if NY put in to host a game this year.
If they did, its possibe they could get symmes valley/bellview game instead of ironton. Id think logan be the best fit. Anything close to columbus shows favortism to johnstown.

We play a different night though.maniac66 wrote:Like to see it in Jackson

I doubt if Jackson would get the game though. A little unbalanced in Ironton's favor, but you never know.

Maybe, don't know if they've applied for a game. They don't have a home game on the 12th. Athens would be just about equal distance for both teams.Observer57 wrote:How about Pedan Stadium?

Hamilton Twp - one of the worst possible choices for a D-III game or even a D-IV game. I was there last year and the place couldn't hold anywhere close to the amount of fans for a D-V game. If HT gets either game, I'd get there when the gates open if you want a seat.
