Has anyone did an assessment on their team? Strength of schedule? Like opponents with Ridgewood? Kind of curious how they match up with other regional powers. DO they pound the ball or do they throw the ball around out of the spread?

Grandview also played without thier BEST back, who was hurt vs. LU.Tobias wrote:No common opponents with Ridgewood.

Grandview Heights' perfect season came to a crashing end Friday night in a 45-29 loss to Ashland Crestview on the Bobcats' home field in the first round of the Division V playoffs. The one-two punch presented by Cougar seniors Mason Minnich and Garrick Montgomery was too much for the Bobcats' defense. Minnich scored three touchdowns and Montgomery two. Grandview junior Payton Jones scored twice and senior Oliver Rouch scored once on the ground and tossed a 52-yard touchdown pass to junior Luke Snider. The score at halftime was 17-17.

I really like the Indians in this one. If the chest thumping being exhibited by Crestview's fans is indicative of the mentality of their fan base (which in turn is reflected in their players), Valley may win this one going away.
Looking at Crestview's schedule, I'm not all that impressed. I have no dog in this fight, just a fan of "weak SEO teams that play on cow pastures"

Valley wins as long as the refs let them. They tend to favor the Northern teams this time of the year. It sounded like the crew in the RW game really let them play and that is the way it should be.
Good luck Indians from this Burg fan. I'm hoping to try and make this game Friday.
