No disrespect to Fairland's team as they had a very successful season but I dont think I have saw to many district teams with worse body lanugage than Fairland had for most of the game. Midway thru the first quarter they were putting their heads down, pointing at other players, putting their hands up in the air (as if saying I dont know what to do or I give up). Surprised, I kept waiting for their coach to explode but he never did? I expected them to play hard and play good pressure defense but just didnt see it. I really dont think NA did anything out of what they normally do. Did anyone else pick up on this?

Yes Jimmy I noticed that they were looking a little confused most of the game. Not sure what the deal was. We did not do anything different. I just hope we play well again Saturday.

And shooting 72% didn't have anything to do with the NA win? Seriously??? So you are saying shooting that high of a percentage is normal for North Adams?

If you mean no disrespect, then don't be disrespectful to a bunch of kids who played their last high school game. I'd tell you to take the victory with class but it really isn't your victory...that belongs to the high school kids on the team.

What happened is we got in very early foul trouble and never really got insync and also NA got out of their press which was a very good move by an excellent coach. We had way to many turnovers and just didn't play D like we were capable of . Congrats goes out to Cole on fantastic career 1000 points and 500 assist. I will miss this group of seniors . After watching yesterdays games IMO Mike Lamb was wasted at Ironton if he stays at FHS were a #1 seed and still playing. Good luck NA the rest of the tourny you have an excellent team.

Obviously we don't shoot 72% on a regular basis. I really didn't think we shot that well but if we can shoot close to 50% against ZT we will have a good chance of winning. It will be very difficult to shoot that well against ZT they play excellent defense. I ment no disrespect towards Fairland I just thought they looked a little dazed when NA went on arun.
