85inside....Once a Tiger, always a Tiger...but for this Sunday night, I will be/am a Redstreak! :-D
I guess I'm in a good position either way....I am a Tiger fan any night other than when they play the streaks!

Go Tigers--I still have that T-shirt, and I have my plaques, medals, and newspaper clippings from that season. I remember it like it was yesterday...That was special!

Coach Stanley, Lisath, and I always talk about the days of Ironton and Portsmouth...how tough those games always were...We've tried to teach that mental toughness and physicality with the Piketon program. I hope the stripes let both teams decide it on the court...I agree this shouldn't be a district semifinal game....but, I believe our district will represent in the final 4!

Now I see why Piketon is so good, besides the players of course.

Ironton and Portsmouth Alumni leading the way for the Redstreaks, makes since to me. :122245 :122245

I like the streaks in an ultra-close contest.
But the tigers will fight until the end.

Eagles...Love does crazy things sometimes... :-D

Glad to be a part of both programs! Great winners and people! Piketon is a wonderful community that takes a lot of pride in their kids like I was use to at Ironton. The difference between good programs and great programs, I feel, is BELIEVING you are the best. That's what Ironton taught me; don't settle for 2nd, go out an earn it...then others have to respect you. That's the philosophy we teach!

Lamb always plays great at the convo.
even the team that he plays now knows that,
he dominated them last year
to bad he transfered
but ill take the tigers by 8

The Tigers better take care of the ball and play some D, or it will be time to get out the bats. Does Piketon like to press and run, or play half court? How deep is their bench?

Piketon has played everything from full court man to man D, zone press, half court traps and man to man run and jump! They like to run, but have shown a lot more patience in the half court set offense! Teams that zone them have learned this the last few weeks of the year. Piketon is very athletic, they have played consistently 9 to 10 guys for the season.

Piketon is overrated in my book. Ironton by 8.
