Cowboys release T.O.

Post by Sue E. Side »

Good move for the Boys, next on the list Wade....
Top three teams I think he will go to, Bengals, Seattle, Oakland. Honestly a lot of teams could use him, put him on the falcons with Matt Ryan and Rodney White and you have yourself a pretty good match. Your thoughts?

About time. Football is a team sport.
He will not go to the Falcons. Atrhur Blank took Mike Vicks word and was burnt. They are doing well now no need to destroy the positive things going on.

Bengals would never pay the money TO would want.
Seattle the fans would not put up with him.
Oakland who knows what they will do since Al Davis is there.

From the way Giants are talking more that they would love to have Burress back if he doesn't have to do time that may be an option for them.

Would be wonderful if no team pays him big money. Then if he really wants to play he will play by the team RULES ONLY.

Yeah, in a perfect world nobody would pick the jerk up!! However, there is always one or two owners willing to pay the big bucks for that shot at glory only to realize they were burned!!! I would like to see him rot in his past glory and watch the games from his house!!

I disagree with your statement. He wasn't a waste of talent. He actually will have numbers good enough for the Hall of Fame. Now if you said he is the biggest "jerk" then I would agree, but he never wasted his talent. To me someone that wastes their talent is one that doesn't work hard and live up to their potential. Steve Young said he worked harder then Jerry Rice. That is saying something right there.

I'd take him as a Bengal fan.
He, Johnson, and Coles would make the best WR trio in the league,
and all great targets for Palmer.

Maybe we don't have enough turmoil,
or then again, maybe since Johnson and T.O. are both handled by
Drew Rosenhaus they would coexist fine. We all know that Drew is
the one that pulls the strings for all his guys anyway.

I don't want him, but I'd take him.

Rosenhaus is also the agent for current Bengal wideout Glenn Holt

think of this: t.o. to indy. if anyone can keep him in line it would be manning. it is a very intriguing thought. would love to see this play out just for the drama that could come with it.

I believe there are only two teams that could and would take him. One is the Colts. Manning would keep it very under control. However, if they didn't have enough money to pony up to Harrison how will they have enough for TO?? The next team, and I see this possibly happening, is the New England Patriots. Do you think he would do this to Tom Brady? Those are the only options that might be available.

Neither of those teams will take TO.
No way Manning lets TO into his huddle and TO is not a team player so there goes the Pats!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe the Vickings or Rex Ryan might pick him up.

I dont think that T.O. should be aloud to play in the nfl because of how many problems he causes. All the players who act like that should be banned from the nfl until they clean there acts up.

Every one says how hard he works and I don't dout that but look at how many plays he takes off. Meaning he just kinda half *** runs his routes or just quits on them. If you pay attention you will notice it is alot.
