Re: SOC selections ?
I am thinking they will not be announced until all of the Southern Ohio Conference teams have been eliminated from the tournament. We still have Oak Hill, Western and Sciotoville East in the boys and the girls have Oak Hill and South Webster.
Good Luck to all of the above teams as you continue your trek to the State!

Re: SOC selections ?
Pretty much the way most thought it would go.
I would like to have seen Valley's coach get COY. He did so much more than what was expected. Everyone expected Oak Hill to win the SOC going away, maybe even go undefeated.

COY always goes to the coach from the championship team. I can't ever recall it not going to the winning coach. It may have, but I don't remember it if it did.
Congrats to Burg players Andy Stegman for making first team and to Brandon Shankweiler and Shane Ward for making the 2nd team.
