Good win for Valley and good luck next week.

It was a very exciting game to watch. I thought RW was going to really capitalize on a couple turnovers but Valley's defense came through.

RW is a tough running team and threw the ball well. I heard that #44 for RW signed to play TE at Michigan State. They ran behind him all night with success.

The S.O.C. will be heading up 23 to columbus somewhere. Im guessing that the West Wynford game could be played at Hamilton Township or somewhere south of columbus with the Crestview Valley game played on the north end of columbus like delaware or dublin somewhere.

Dublin would be nice. Burg played there one year. Very nice stadium with plenty of seating.

If I had to guess:

Valley vs Crestview @ Grove City

West vs Wynford @ Hamilton TWP

yabbadabbadoo wrote:I read it wrong. I thought Grandview Hts won, so it will probaly be up around C-Bus. You can guarantee that they are not going to cut the Southern teams a break.

you got that right. they would play it at a high school next to Crestview if they could get by with it.

Ridgewood is a very good team. When they came out at half in spread 5 wide was giving Valley fits for a while. Valley hasn't seen much of that this year with multiple talented players. Defense seemed to come out a little flat second half and Ridge with more fire. Was good to see Valley stepping it up and pulling out another win.

Yater pick 6 I thought was 101 or 102 yrds.

does grove city have turf? also remember jackson and alder play each other, they could play that game at h.t. we also need to look at the columbus area matchups too.

Logan Elm, Hamilton TWP, Dublin, Grove City are all possibilities.

Why would the ohsaa put teams in the same region that are 3 1/2 hrs from each other? That does make much sense.

Looks to me like it could be split pretty equally into 4 sections.

Would love to see a Valley vs West Regional Final . I would think Portsmouth would be a good site except they have no parking. Jackson would probably end up with the game just because they do have parking and an awesome stadium, but it would be cold up on that hill with the wind blowing. All three area teams win tonight Valley, West & Jackson. We Just Need Ports. East tomorrow. Are they really playing that game at East stadium. Their sitting is really poor. Go East. & Ironton tomorrow.

Credit RW for keeping it close with their back yard football style but Valley was clearly the better team, they left opportunities on the field. But all in all the better team won.

Why wouldn't they play it at East. That is why it is called home field advantage.

Your absolutely right. I just wish it was a little bigger so more people from around the area could go and get a decent seat thats all. Go East

I'd throw Ironton and Symmes Valley in with the bunch too..
