South Euclid Regina looked like a machine out there at times.

Ouch!!!!

They do cut a bunch of Timber in the county north of Jackson. Full of mills. Won't mention the name though, might make someone mad.

They did have a shot. They started out slow, had a bad second quarter and weren't hitting their 3's like usual.(DOn't say it was because of defensive pressure because the 3's were almost all uncontested.) Have a few of those 3's drop and they don't make that 3 at the half and it is a different ballgame.

These teams also had a shot, and like Mighty Oaks Fan said, if a few things played out differently in the first half, we would have had a great shot to win at the end. Just look at the teams that Regina beat this year. Oak Hill played their hearts out and we are proud of them.

Euclid Regina.........55
Hathaway Brown.....43........D2 State Champions

Euclid Regina.........70
Col Africentric........27.......D4 State Champions

Euclid Regina.........51
Toledo Start..........47.........D1 State Runner up

Euclid Regina.........64
Canton McKinley......57.........D1 Final Four

Euclid Regina.........66
Twinsburg............64..........D1 District Champs

Euclid Regina.........73
Mentor................44..........D1 District Champs

Euclid Regina.........67
Pick Central...........53..........D1 District Champs

Euclid Regina.........71
Walsh Jesuit..........47..........D2 Regional Finals

Euclid Regina.........66
Mifflin.................40..........D2 District Champs

Nothing wrong with getting beat by a team that beat so many great teams.
The Lady Oaks will be back next year and I have a feeling that the outcome will be different.

Way to go Lady Oaks!!!!!

Watched this game on ST Ohio and I must say, Oak Hill played a great game. They were just outmatched by a Regina team that had a starting 5 that are all potentially D-1 athletes. Like MOF said if those few things had gone Oak Hills way, it could've been a different ballgame. Nonetheless, they have a great shot next year, a very great shot.
