Just saw in the Ashland paper that Raceland played Wed. in Florida. And the jr high has a couple players (don't know how many) that play varsity. In hindsight , maybe they should have stayed out of the league if not having enough players due to the girls playing varsity is going to be a problem. Hopefully not , but it sounds like you guys are having a hard time scheduling them.

FWIW , the paper reported their 8th grade pitcher had 4 K's in 3 innings in their game wed. So hopefully we will get to face her sometime this spring. MD

Coal Grove over East 16-1. Jessie Monroe had 4 K's in her very first game pitched.She had 9 BB's and 5 hp's. She is learning.

For Coal Grove Kemper had 6 K's and 1 walk. Very soild on the mound.


Minford over East, I think it was 21-0. Conkey pitched a good game, She had 10 K's.

Webster plays west on wed. at home and then on thurs. they play Coal Grove at CG.

Webster vs west should be an interesting game to watch, dont know alot about CG.

Tonight Ellifritt pitched both games and Messer caught both games. Good Luck Lady Jeeps on wed and thurs.
