i think any one of those guys or all three would be good but that the last thing that place needs is something else to play for it would make things alot more heated especially if the teams records are close then what do you do if they tie have a playoff to determine an allstar coach. The way they've been doing it hasn't been all that bad but i don't think a guy should be allowed to coach an allstar team thats only managed his own team for one year and quit his job on the board just so he could be eligible i think he should've been a little more involved than that. besides thats a lot like what went on last year with g.w and t.w they should have a guy in there coaching that gives them the better chance to win and any one of those 3 guys would do good

are you referring to last year or this year? Its a little early for allstar talk, i don't think that had anything to the president stepping down this year.

I don't think the coach with the best record should always be the all-star manager. It is possible that person isn't a good coach but won because of his/her players. I believe that the board of directors should choose the manager based on who is the best qualified for the position.

the coach should be dedicated to the league. bwh said it right the board should sit down and see who is best qualified and who can dedicate there full time to the allstar
team.

I also think the board of directors should sit down and decide this. The only problem is when you have someone on the board who wants to be the all-star coach, it is really hard for the other members to vote against them. I don't think it should be who wins the league, I agree with bwh on that one. I think the board has to realize that they are there for all coaches and players and should really look and see who is the best for the job.
Let's worry about this later, all-stars are for a few select kids, it is all the kids turn right now to play ball. Let's give them their time!!!!!~

These guys don't even get along so how do you figure that they can all coach together? Does last years tournament record indicate anything! Maybe it is time for a change in the coaching.

The selection of all star manager and coach's should be spelled out in your LOCAL RULES that are to be filled out every year AND turned in to the district.
