Top three would be Jermon Jackson(I), Bobby Brice(I), D. Conwell(I). After that you can throw in Jo Jo Parker(Port.), Jason Harmon(I), Mike Henry(I), Darius Lewis(I), Jerod Pendleton (West), and basically whoever else you want.

There is no way JoJo Parker would be 4th on any list regardless of where your from. He would be #1 and Jackson (I) would be #1A. Then everyone else can fall in line where ever.

Justin Gail would have to be in the top 10 if not the top 5... I do not know all of those players mentioned but Gail definitely had size, strength, and speed. Wolford was a great back and I played against him over the years, but I think Gail was a little better. Woodson from NY was pretty talented as well.
