WEEK 2 - Hocking Division Title Game - Trimble @ Wahama

I find it eerily quiet on here this week. Here are my thoughts:

1. Transfers to neighboring schools have hurt both schools. Wahama more than trimble.

2. Wahama returns to it's offensive roots this week. it was good to see the coaches going back to the wing t we all have ran and enjoyed over the years.

3. The home team seems to struggle to win this game.

That being said, this thing is close. Gotta go with my alma mater:

The schedulers did neither school any favor making this a Week 2 contest. Who wants to have their league champion crowned in Week 2?!?!?

This should be the Week 10 matchup for both schools every year.

I think you're a little misinformed there cg22. Wahama may have scrimmaged a couple times but haven't played a "real game" yet. We'll see what happens but let's not put the cart before the horse. Trimble lost to N-Y and Wahama was beaten in a scrimmage by N-Y. Both these teams together probably don't field as many kids as N-Y so if everyone's basing it on the mighty Buckeyes, so be it. We'll see how things go during the year and by playoff time it'll all come out in the wash.
