who all will be at this show case? college? scouts? do you have to pre-register

The past 2 years there have been about 8-10 colleges and 1 pro scout from the Pirates I think. Colleges have been Rio, Ohio Dominican, OU, Ohio State, Kentucky, Morehead, Shawnee State, UC, Marshall, West Virginia State and a few others.
Coach Martin runs a good showcase. Only issue is the time of year. Everyone including alot of the players are in football mode and are not as crisp baseball wise. With it being at URG, it will possibly pull a few more college scouts nearby.
