I am not sure about the call, I just saw the end where it looked like the goalie was trying to keep the Waverly kid from falling and the Waverly kid was trying to stay on his feet.
I am not sure about the wind's influence on the last goal, but the foot-work before the strike was pretty good.
SW seemed much improved with aggressive play. Waverly matched SW aggressiveness and just had a little more in the end.
Good luck to both teams for the remaining season.

And you got to see it in slow motion. The ref was probably 25 yds away and seeing it at live speed. If your so good with your Sony HDR tell the ohsaa that you will call all the games, and take the human element out of it. Try reffing or umpiring an athletic advent: it's not easy or fun. These adults love the game,(would anyone ever do this for the money?) and with fans that want to ban them from doing games, I say get a whistle and let people judge your calls. It's not that you lost by one goal.bigbadwolf wrote:I also, along with onpitch, filmed the game on my Sony HDR-AX2000 Fully HD Professional VidCam. Using the 10XZEF (10 times zoom enhancement feature for newbs) I got a very good look at the play and know that it was a HORRIBLE call. Its very very obvious with a good camera, not a Wal-Mart special. The OHSAA will also know in 2 days as soon as they recieve my footage. SE ohio deserves better officials than the jokes that were paid for this game.![]()

a guy with a "handy cam". people like this kill me. let's treat it like the zabruder film. they want everything to be perfect. i agree with socman. let the human element play out. i do know that the conference is short referees but the problem is that it hard to referee and film at the same time. if only it were in 3d we could all wear the silly glasses and sit around and talk about what could have been.
