they have been working out getting bigger and stronger because their sick of smart alecs like you. i haven't seen another team they've played that plays both offense and defense without a break. so if you think you can do any better i'm sure coach mercer can find a spot for you.

Nobody wants the Cats to win anymore than I do.
I have been watching the Cats before you came into
this world. so please don't get smart with me.
Cats I hope will be better this season but they will not win
the SOC I.

green will never have a contending team in the soc until they get a coaching staff the head coach is a joke . he has his two guards in the backfield. the massie kid is strong enough to get short yardage, but not fast enough to go for the long run. the lewis kid should be put back on the line, he is a very good guard maybe one of the best in the league. as for avery not having the smarts to play, from what i have seen in the last three years or so, he is the best back they have. he is the fastest back they have. if this kid gets into the secondary he is hard to stop. they could move the big boys back to the line and possibly have a real good football team this year. they could possibly win five games or more, but thats not going to happen so green might not win a game.

I agree that Massie and Lewis should be on the Line
but Billy Moore is the best back on the team.
but he needs a Line.

moore has the most experience at the position and he might be the best now. if you put the big boys back on the line, and the scat backs in the backfield, we will see a completly different team. a team that can put points on the scoreboard, and win games. the way it is now these teams know we can't break the long run and score. these two are two of the best guard tandoms in the league. they are being wasted in the backfield.

The Eastern Meigs @ Green scrimmage is set for 5 PM Tuesday 8/11. To answer the earlier question about how many boys will be out, it has been 28 -30.

Sounds like Bilco 2 only joined to bash the cats and the coach. It's posters like him that doesn't allow things to get better at schools with struggling programs. The Green players work hard, play hard and they will get better as the year goes along and for him to get on here and call the coach a joke, well he's the funny one. He's most likely never played or coached. I don't know if they can win the league, but every team in the league will know they played the Bobcats.

I watch part of Green's scrimmage against Eastern
and from what I saw the Cats need to improve
on the line and the defence needs work too
I know it's still early, but I hope they will work hard
to get better and have a good season.
Good Luck this season.

Eastern's backs looked good. One was tall and solid and one was small but quick. Green looked very slow in the backfield and slow on the corner and end of the defense.

outsider, you need to learn to read , i never bashed the cats, the cats has a good team with good players on it. if you play kids out of position it falls on the coaching.i still stand by my comment on the coaching. i don't think he is a good coach. i think that some of the better players in the league are on this team.
