Monster 12 Pointer, Wide 8 and others

Post by ohbuckeye2 »

Here's a few recent pictures of the Monster 12 Pointer a Wide 8 and some others.
(there's a total of 7 different Bucks here). The wide 8 is 5 1/2 years old this year and the Monster 12 is 4 1/2, I have pictures of them the last three years.

I passed up several 2 1/2 year old Bucks last year.

I feed them corn and Record Rack in Troughs and have a Clover food plot. My neighbor plants several acres of corn in the Summer and Winter Wheat after the corn is harvested. If you want meat shoot a doe or a Mature Buck and let the young Bucks grow up.

I agree. If the tines are symetrical and have any mass to them I'd say he will push 170. That would be B&C material. :)

Very good deer. If anything would keep him from dry scoring 160's it would be main beam length.

I would launch arrows at him :)

Not yet, I passed up 2 of the bucks in the picture with the 4 bucks togather. I passed up the young 10 point on the left side of the trough and the 8 point behind him at the end of the trough.

Your right, he did get killed, I'd been after him for the past couple years. After hearing the story, I feel better on how he was harvested.
