What are some early predictions on what teams and what individuals will dominate this year?

Athens should be a very strong competitor on both the girls and boys side.

Also, I heard Federal Hocking is finally getting a Cross Country program for the first time in a long time...this is GREAT!

Well i think Southern might be one of those underdogs you might wanna look out for. They had an underdog last year that had came and won it by 15 SECONDS. They ended up placing third as a team losing to second by one point. And they have an upcoming freshman boy that is WAY better then Kyle Goode from there team last yr that won. he graduated and now gonna run for Rio. But i think Southern will be someone that you might wanna keep your eyes on. (boys)
