If you were a head coach, what offense would you run?
Re: If you were a head coach, what offense would you run?
A good head coach does not waltz in with an offense and say, "This is the offense I am going to run."
Rather, he should get some sort of idea of the talent of the kids he has on the team and find the offense that best suits his talent.

I'd run whatever offense fit the strength's of my kids the best, as well as the weaknesses of our opponents. For instance, I'd want to run a Wing-T in SOC II, because it is a perfect combination of speed and strength that most schools can learn, but if I had enough depth, I'd run a Spread/Hurry up, complimented with a few double tight, power sets, especially in SOC I, where most teams wouldn't have enough to cover everyone.

Polecat and Swinging gate with a little Spaghetti Winder thrown in for color!
No huddle, single wing, on any fair caught punt.
