As for the internal dissension, that's news to me and I have a contact VERY close to the program. Logan (or any team for that matter) can lose on any given night but it won't be because they lose focus.

Hey Dazed, from my source this just happend last night, again I hope this is just talk. It is just like buttering the basketball players balls, Kids will be kids. As far as the injury bug it is important that Dale limits particpation of the injuried players for the next to weeks. I still perdict Ironton will run the table.

It is hard to take shine seriously. He seems to have an crush on Ironton. And he wants to eat crow not once but twice. The real problem never mentioned on here is in Ironton. The Chiefs will expose that agin this year. Relax Chieftain Nation, things are good.

Hey 2old, I have a place picked out locally to eat a steak at your expense. I do not have a crush on Ironton. Get real the chiefs were just lucky this past Friday night and Ironton is the same type of team with a better coach! If the Chiefs can not improve on the defense side of the ball. I know Ironton will run the table and I will eat Steak!

Ironton may as well not even be on the schedule right now as far as I am concerned. That is week 5; this is week 3. As far as Logan should be worried, Hamilton Township is the team to concentrate on. Let's discuss Ironton a couple of weeks from now. I'll bet Ironton isn't looking ahead (if they are, it is to their detriment).

No doubt I believe we can let the injured rest and have no issues at all..let them get healthy for the smackdown with the Tigers! As far as the fighting goes..big deal..it happens..there big boys..I doubt it happened..but if it did..it's squashed..it's already done and over with..it's not going to let the boys lose focus regardless. As for being lucky..that's just absurd..it was called getting too relaxed! Come out with a 21-0 lead at half..that's not getting lucky..trust me..when that happens with Ironton..they will now know they can't relax. They will play hard the whole game. Thus..not letting Ironton have the same opportunity that the Panthers had! But as they've said..this is week THREE...not FIVE. Go Chiefs! Get those Rangers!

Believe what you will about Logan's performance against PN....the number that matters is 2-0. That is Logan's record. I'll bet Pick North would rather have the W than a good show! Like March Madness, you survive and move on. One game at a time! :-D

Hey Bird78 You are way out in left field the only water I drink is behind the swamp. Let me say this, your idea about Russell is outstanding. I think he could be a force in the middle. BUT mark my word Ironton will run the table!

Logan just needs to make sure they are worried about week 3 and not look ahead.

p.s.-------- Ironton will not be able to keep up with Logan. Logan will score very quickly and often and Ironton will come out with long substained drives that eat up the clock!

Hey orange and brown, I am sure the Chiefs will be ready for hamy twp! Even with all of our injuries. hamy twp is in a dazed state even if they have an outstanding coach it will take him a long time to get that program turned around!

By the way, your buckeyes will go down to those Ironton Fighting Tigers. Again, Mark My Word, Ironton will run the table!

Lets clear this up I am a Logan fan, but using my head and not my heart. With the way Ironton's schedule is set up it is the perfert storm to run the table. Also you are invited to dine with myself and 2old after Ironton proves my point! Of course I many factors could play into my perdiction like the poor feild conditions at the tank!

Please explain your 'Perfect Storm'? Curious to hear as to why you believe this. Have you seen there schedule? They play nobody before the Logan game..maybe Gallia..as I don't know much about them this year..but everyone else is a cake walk..how is that a perfect storm? If your a Logan fan...you would not believe they will lose this game. B/c my head tells me it's going to be a great game where either team could win. You act like Ironton will in fact win with Logan not being competitive..and that's just ludacris! And if you feel like coming up to Massillon..win or lose..your welcome to a steak dinner.

As stated in earlier posts Chieftain fans do not worry. 2old has been correct on this forum for five years. I have stated logan will win and go undefeated once again this year. Remember this group of Chiefs only know victories over Ironton. Too many guys still cling to the old days. Those days are long gone. Ironton sadly has been sliding since 1999.

bird78 Bobby Russell is much more needed on the line than at linebacker

soccer_7...sorry to disagree but the linebackers are being knocked 5 yards off the ball and should be in the backfield some...heck the backs outweigh them by30 pounds....just saying that with all the 2 way players...one of their toughest is Bobby Russell...Don't think its the D-line....LINEBACKERS GOTTA ATTACK.....not get blown out of play....not saying all is LB'S but need some size and will find out come playoff time ......WHEN THEY WILL BE REALLY EXPOSED.....Snider IS holding his own just needs a little more beef to help out.....how many times you hear the ''OL'' in on tackle....first 2 games...guess you all forget...the ''HAVOC''-''HAMMER'' --COMBO-- and think the SNIDER-RUSSELL---would be improvement of what I've been seeing...gotta headhunt not get pushed 5 yards back...by then too late.... :-D :!:

Linebackers are getting "blown out of play" because the D-line is NOT getting it done. The D-line will be fine against everyone but Ironton in the league but after week 10 we'll be back to getting pushed around. It sometimes work to have 5ft5 130 lb guys on the line and sometimes it does not. The linebackers are not at fault as much as the D-line. You have to remember too that when your on DEFENSE the OFFENSE chooses where the ball goes. That being said, i highly doubt Russell is capable of covering backs out of the backfield. Keep Russell on the line where he belongs.

grizz----not saying that RUSSELL should cover backs--put him at middle linebacker and let SNIDER do that....but first 2 games didn't see alot of balls in air....lol...AND YOU THINK EVERY TEAMS RUNNING SPREAD...NOT AFTER WATCHING FILM OF LOGAN'S FIRST 2 GAMES....do agree about the 130 pound lineman....linebackers are not shooting gaps...gotta tough up ....pick north right up middle--all night long--sometimes outside lb's gotta go there.....if you wanna play 160 pound linebackers better be against a team like logan that runs spread....not a l-town or pick-north team that will pound you......what you think their going to see come week 5...not the spread......cover backs...you funny grizz...... :-D :!:
