Logan fan down...Prayers needed!

Alright guys! Long time Logan Chieftain fan Earl Mays is down! He suffered a massive heart attack and a stroke late last night..it's not looking good! Need all the prayers you got to help him get through this! Anyone that doesn't know Earl personally..I guarantee you, you have seen him around. Used to walk the downtown area every single night rain or shine! He attended every Logan home game there was! Used to put the Logan flags up all through downtown every Friday night up until a couple years ago as well!

I have known Earl for somewhere around fifty years. He would come and hang out at the basketball court with Cousey. He is truly one of the Chiefs biggest fans. Prayers for my old buddy.

I hope for the best for Earl! Very sad news. Your right about him being right up there with Bill 1987, its like hes the replacement of Bill.

Thanks guys! But unfortunately...as of the latest update..it's not sounding good...he is indeed braindead b/c he went without oxygen for so long..they are giving him some time to see if any miracles happen before they have to make that dreaded decision. I will keep you updated.

The good lord took Earl home tonight..may he RIP as he watches upon his Chieftains this year! Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers.

to one of my bestest sparring buddies. i'm truley sorry to hear this for the chieftain nation. people like that don't come around but a couple in a lifetime. though i don't know him. i am very sorry to hear this. we've lost some amazing supporters of fighting tiger football, and it leaves an empty place. god be with ya'll. ytb.
