i'll tell you what the coal grove game was as close as it could get. in fact in the end meigs was separated by 2, 2 point conversions. now maybe fairland is better than coal grove ....

I hope most Meigs fans don't think that giving up 34 points is toughening up the "D" as Blizzard Man stated above but I guess when you give up 44 the previous week, that would be an improvement ). Years ago when Charlie coached they had good defenses but not always the offense to go with it in big games. It seems with son Mike that they more often than not have very good offenses and no defense. Maybe they can bring back dad's coaches (Taylor, Bentley, Dixon or whoever is still kicking to coach some defensive schemes that work).

listen we did not give any points to cg ok. they MADE there points. they are 1 really good ball team. there is no shame to be scored on by them. i hava a strong feeling a lot of teams are going to be scored on by them.
