The quaterbacks look good it apeared that when Locher was in that everything began working a little smoother. They need to tap one or the other as the one and leave it that way i can see were this is a unneeded destaction for the rest of the team.

It's not Ratliff's fault the line was not blocking. He's worked since november to get that job and after he wins it they give him 3 series. Not saying anybody is blaming him, but when they took him out it looked that way. 3 mess ups in the backfield, 1 a junior's fault, 1 a senior's, and 1 a sophmore's fault. But guess who gets taken out? The sophmore quarterback.

I think he came out because they were going to give both a shot and they wanted to see if the Pistole would work (read option). Maybe they think Locher is the better runner, Ratliff the better passer. I noticed they put Ratliff back in right before the half in the passing situation. I think Ratliff would do better rolling to the right, instead of across his body going left. That's a difficult throw. Would still like to see some shorter/quick passes early in the game to loosen that D up a little.

It's not my job to say who needs to start were. All i was saying was thing looked to run smoother as a team with Locher in at QB. This is not taking anything away from anyone this is just what i seen.
As a team you don't point fingers when someone mess ups.
And like you said he is a sophmore!

Awww....lets not call names now!!!!!  ;-) Fairland is a better team than you think, watch and see. What West did was more of a lesson for them than they will ever learn on a chalkboard....that took character and teamwork. Congrats West for the win and good luck to both Fairland and West the rest of the season.

Fairland is exactly the team everyone thinks they are and the week 10 standings will prove it!

In 03, West was coming off a state title game thought they were gonna beat Fairland again. They beat West at West and the season kinda went down hill. That Fairland team team went on to the playoffs.

Friday I thought deja vu all over again but West came back. Now I don't know if Fairland is a playoff team (probably not), but they have a talented team. Their tailback would start for anyone. The QB would start for most. They may tank it which I think they have before after playing West tough. But West played several teams last season that Fairland would have beaten and/or given fits.

Minford posters at it again, mad over last season and hoping everyone else falls apart.
At least I hear Minford is still number 1 in the art department. :122246
