Re: Week 3 (1-1) Waverly @ (0-2) Wellston
DILLWEED.....Stick to what you do best and it isnt predicting football.
There are no teams in the TVC Ohio better than the two teams we have already played. So I like our chances in the league.

goodluck to wellston!!!
I would have to disagree with you here, I think Wellston could possibly win the rest of their games this year...will they I doubt it, but I could see them beating any or all of these thems...the Tvc looks very unpredictable this year
As far as the game, my mind says Waverly my heart says Wellston...this will be one of many good close games this week
Re: Week 3 (1-1) Waverly @ (0-2) Wellston
I think this will be one of the closest games of the weekend, (Burg.& Port will be too). I give it to wellston only because they're at home.
Hate to hear of injuries for any team, hope everyone can heal up and have some fun.

Wellston has a scrappy team that wont quit. Minford was a play away from the bus getting started up early but Wellston made a few big plays and their kids didnt quit.
Wellston has a quick D line that I dont think will let Roback run all over them and they can defend the pass.
I like Wellston in this one.
I will take the Rockets by 3

DILLIGAF ,Show me where you said anything good about Wellston . You would react the same if I got on a Trimble thread and bashed them.
Re: Week 3 (1-1) Waverly @ (0-2) Wellston

Wellston will probably play pretty well, but lose another close one. Good Luck to both teams.

I dont think that the Tigers will quit. This game is going to be a good game.
Re: Week 3 (1-1) Waverly @ (0-2) Wellston
The Tigers won't quit, especially against a team that they've had a lot of success against over the years. This team could have easily quit last week vs. Jackson when they were down 27-10 in the second half, but they battled until the final bell. Quitting won't be a problem, but execution and ball security need to step up in a big way if we are to be competitive the rest of the season.

Does anybody know what the series is over, say, the last ten meetings?

D Owens,
From my research the record over the last ten meetings is 7-3 in favor of the Tigers, but that dates all the way back to 1979 season. From 1982 thru 1997 Waverly and Wellston didn't play each other. And they had another few years in the early 2000's when they didn't play each other.
